The room was always kept clean and available with a balcony and a king-size bed. We were close to bustling areas, the airport, and a 232 bus stop.

The staff here was really friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager. I felt well taken care of during my stay. 😊

Pool was not cleaned Internet service was pathetic; called help desk but it was of no help.

I like the appearance the smell the staff and shuttle drivers Campbell and on Monday the morning driver who just had a baby and is back to work.

I got on the wrong shuttle bus because it said Marriott I was dropped off at wrong hotel then I had to be brought back to airport. And start all over. But this time I asked more detail questions. I look back and laugh. Had not been back since father passed away 7 years ago. God is always good!

The rooms are tastefully decorated and tidy, with a balcony. The hotel offers good service. There is a small balcony and a lounge available. Nice overall facilities. Free airport shuttle service is provided, which is advantageous.

The free airport shuttle is very convenient, but it is necessary to call the hotel to arrange it. Room was spacious. Friendly staff. Good location if you're planning on driving to Santa Monica and nearby beaches.

Although the hotel is fairly clean, the carpet shows signs of heavy usage, with lots of acaridae and dust accumulated. I had to take allergy medication to be able to sleep at night. The mattress is too soft and the pillows did not seem new. Breakfast is very simple, with limited options. Despite the statement by Booked.net that parking would be free, the hotel did charge for parking.

We asked for an extra folded bed when we made the booking. If we knew that they don't have one we wouldn't have come at first place.

Conveniently located in a quiet suburb near a taxi stand and the beach ☀️. Plus, there are plenty of nearby places to grab a bite to eat, nothing too fancy though!

No ATM, and restaurant could be alittle bigger. It's more like a deli. Classy place like this should have a full restaurant and bar with room service 24/7. Should also have free continental breakfast in the morning. Most other places do.

Sincerely, it was a pleasant overnight stay for one night. Dinner and breakfast food was good. Staff were excellent, room was good value for money with balcony.

First room smelled of stale hot mold n gave me an instant headache. 2nd room smelled clean but brown fluids were running down the bathroom door n walls. Floors were covered in huge nasty stains I refused to remove my shoes. Mgt never followed through or returned calls as promised.

Stains on linens,floors, doors & walls. The nasty odors, dishonest staff. I liked the lobby n bistro. Very clean n neat. But definitely a fake facade compared to the nasty rooms. Never again!
